Hi! I’m Darcie Englert, Owner and Director of Property Management at American Home Team Realty LLC.
I moved to Florida in 1992 and have been proud to call it my home ever since.
My real estate journey began in 1998, when I realized that being a realtor was the perfect way to earn a living while still being able to spend plenty of time with my three children. After 4 years in the industry, I realized I could do better on my own than with a firm, so I struck out on my own.
In 2003, condo conversions became popular, so I branched out into the property management field and haven’t looked back! I love the challenge of finding the perfect tenant for each of my clients and being able to help them reach their financial goals. I love assisting real estate investors in becoming more knowledgeable about residential property management and more respectable as landlords.
American Home Team Realty LLC allows me to use my strongest skills—excellent communication skills and the ability to work through difficult situations—for your benefit and I don’t consider my work completed until you are happy!

Ellen has over 35 years of Real Estate sales experience and specializes in property management, working in the central Florida area since 2009 managing single family homes, townhouses and condos. Ellen is always staying current on property management legal issues and is a member of Orlando Regional Realtor Association Property Managment Council and the National Association of Real Property Managers. She works closely with international owners managing investment properties and is certified through the National Association of Realtors as a Certified International Property Specialist and a Gold Key REALTOR.
