Hello! My name is Darcie Englert and I’m the Broker/Owner of American Home Team Realty in Oviedo, Florida. Since we aren’t meeting face-to-face (the internet can be so impersonal sometimes!), I wanted to give you a quick introduction so we can get to know each other a little better.
About Me
I was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa but grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and I moved to Florida in 1992. I got my real estate license in 1998, so I’ve been doing real estate sales ever since then. In 2002, I decided to open my own real estate company.
In 2004, apartments began turning into condos and our investors needed a property manager, so we got into property management. We’ve learned so much from this and have made it our primary focus ever since.
Then, around 2014, we started doing HOA management, which has been steadily growing.

With larger agencies, it’s easy for a small community to get lost and overlooked. We like to stay small so we can talk with our owners, get to know them, and get a feel for the unique concerns they have.
